Holmestrand Marathon starts in the city center with a loop course of 5 km that goes through the northern and southern parts of the town. Participants can choose from several distances, including 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, full marathon, and ultramarathon, as well as a 200-meter kids' race. The course is fast with few uphill sections, and many runners will pass through the center multiple times, creating an engaging atmosphere.
